微软合作伙伴售前技术支持部门：主要是面对微软合作伙伴提供基于微软产品的售前技术服务咨询。现在我们部门需要招聘一位vendor同事，主要是协助Team 同事向合作伙伴介绍我们部门的服务和工作内容介绍， 协助微软合作伙伴使用我们部门提供的基于微软产品解决方案在线Lab 实验平台，以及合作伙伴业务的一些相关沟通事宜。

Non-FTE
Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Partner Technical Consultants to provide backend research on the design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies to enable partners across AGPC.
• Regular engagement with MPN partners thru outbound calls to introduce partner support services, promote service usage and follow up on deal status of presales cases. Provide logistic coordination and support (Building HOL environment, prepare workshop content, follow up on partner feedbacks, etc) to MPN partners who attend Proactive IP workshops.
• Collaborate with IP content creators to translate specific technical content (from English to Simplified or Traditional Chinese, and vice versa).
• Better to have ASP.Net / SQL Server development skill and help maintain IP Portal and ADP Portal.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1 - 3 years related IT experience, work experience involving technical consulting, development, and deployment
• Understanding of markets, customers, and technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management.
• Understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills creating architecture and deploying technology to solve business problems.
• Good communication skill, good English-language skill and good service skill are expected, be open and respective, passion in new technology research and adoption, quick learning skill and be able to take BIG challenge.
