Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing, validating and supporting functional test hardware for new and existing products of entire product line for industry automation control system(DCS, PLC, RTU, etc), including: controller, I/O devices, power supplies, Human-Machine Interface, configuration tools, communication interface with field bus intelligent electric devices of third party, for example FF, HART, Modbus, Profibus.
- Identifying testability issues in product designs
- Developing and updating test plans for products, also writing test procedures
- Coordinating with configuration applications and firmware to develop and functional test software/logic
-Actively work with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, sourcing, services and engineering teams to integrate functional perspectives to improve system performance and reliability, enhance productivity and maintainability through both technology and processes aspects.
-Provide formal test reports according to the NPI program schedule requirement and archive those reports timely.
-Follow documented ISO processes. Rigorously engage in continuous improvements to the quality, safety and productivity.
-Deliver deliverables other than above when required by the manager.
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Electronics, Automation, or related engineering disciplines
- Experience using electronic test equipment and instruments
- Self motivated and team oriented personality
- Proficient English Communication (Oral and verbal) skills
- Interested in working in a fast-paced, global business environment with excellent interaction with clients and customers
- Self directed and highly motivated with ability to complete multi tasks in a timely fashion
- Competent in standard computing skills; Microsoft Office suite; Internet; MS-Windows
