Position: HR Assistant
-Participate in the recruitment projects, coordinate materials for recruitment ad and events
-Conduct the resume screen, database search, telephone interviews with the candidates
-Maintain and improve current HR management system
-Follow up the temporary assignments required by superior or HR Manager
Job Location: Shanghai
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
-Bachelor degree or above
-An outstanding academic record
-High level of organizational and interpersonal skills
-Initiative attitude towards work and willing to help colleagues
-Strong communication skills & team spirit
-Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
-Fluent in English & Mandarin
-Related HR experience will be a plus
