Responsibilities:
– Build professional industry insight including industry development trend , business module etc.
– Support consultant to analyze client’s position request and define searching channels and target companies
– Search the right candidates through different recruitment channels base on clients’ position request
– Communicate with candidates to get necessary information
– Support consultant to screen, interview and assess candidates and provide interview reports
– Keep smooth communication with clients and candidates, effectively communicate mutual feed back
– Achieve business target
Requests:
– Bachelor degree and above, better with major Industrial Automation, Automobile, Electronics Manufacturing, Chemical Industry, Pharmaceutical or Medical.
– 1-2 years working experience. sales marketing experience preferred. Fresh graduates can be considered.
– Strong logical thinking and analysis skill
– Strong communication skill with extrovert personality
– Smart and quick learner
– Aggressive and willing to take challenges
– Good English with CET 6

– 建立对行业的深入了解，包括业务模式及行业发展动态。
– 协助顾问分析客户的职位需求，设定寻访渠道和寻访目标公司.
– 根据客户提供的职位要求，通过各种渠道在目标公司中寻找适合该职位的候选人。
– 负责联络候选人，获取候选人简历，了解行业信息。
– 协助顾问面试、筛选、评估候选人并提供面试报告。
– 与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时获取并准确，有效的传递双方的反馈信息。
– 努力完成业绩指标。
职位要求
– 本科及以上学历，电子，工程机械，汽车，化学，生物等理工科专业者优先
– 1-2年工作经验，有销售经验者优先。优秀应届毕业生也可
– 良好的逻辑分析能力
– 良好的沟通能力，性格外向
– 聪明，学习能力强
– 积极进取，愿意接受挑战
– 良好的英文
