Job Description：
We are seeking a top-notch, quick-thinking, Applications Support Specialist who can solve problems related to MRI products and peripherals, reliably provide front line technical and applications assistance to customers. In addition, the incumbent will need to:
- Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the Sales groups;
- Support the sales process in technical presentations of MRI products;
- Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and applications.
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed individual in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications：
Candidates must have in-depth understanding and experience with MRI, as well as RF and analog/digital electronics as it pertains to MRI. Specific experience in MRI instrumentation is highly desirable.
In addition, the incumbent needs to have:
- Degree of Ph.D., Master. or equivalent in physics, chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology or a related discipline with an emphasis on MRI spectroscopy.
- 3 years of MRI experience. Experience in Agilent MRI spectrometer is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively, intra and interstate.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
