Key responsibilities:
- Review the supplier certifications against the standard requirements for approval of each shipment of material to Company`s BG, CS, and possibly LIT
- If not approved, notify the supplier of the non-conformance and give them the chance to correct. If it can’t be corrected, then the leader or the plant would need to get involved to resolve the next steps.
Requirements:
- 2 years working in inspection or a recent graduate from a mechanical technology discipline
- Timeliness, speed, and accuracy of the review are all important
- Maintaining a professional relationship with the corporation and the suppliers while working through non-conformance issues
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin and English
- Organization skills is important to keep track of the acceptances and rejections
- Ability to follow directions and adherence to the LORD procedures is important.
