Our client is a 1st tier supplier of all global automotive OEMmanufacturers. In 2007, the company achieved a total revenue of about 800Million US Dollars, currently it has around 5.000 employees worldwide. Due toits rapid expansion is Chinaour client has built up a new plant in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the daily operations ofoffice administrative duties e.g.
- answer incoming calls and take messages
- make travel arrangements for General Manager (booking air ticket, hotel,etc.)
- assist the General Manager with travel expenses overviews and reports
- Communicate close with foreign colleague in English/German
Requirements:
• Ideally 1-2 yearsworking experience in foreign company
• Good communicationskills; fluent in spoken andwritten German
• Ability to work bothindependently and in team environment
• Familiar with MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet
• Service-oriented,dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
• Have strongorganizational skills
