Position: HR Assistant
Report to: Staffing Manager, CCT AP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate and update monthly AP Staffing report, maintain and post positions internally and externally by utilizing Global Staffing system and external posting site, external job posting contract renew and posting needs collection through China HR team.
2. Providing admin support in staffing process and Onboarding, Orientation process.
3. Coordinate and support with recruitment service provider for contract renew, payment, daily interview schedule, new vendor selection and year end performance evaluation process.
4. Manage all Candidates’ CV profiles, application forms as the talent database.
5. Assist in maintaining training records & coordinating in training schedule, logistics, etc. with IRU contact person
6. Ad hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. Human resource or relevant major is preferred
2. Graduate in 2008 (have HR and/or admin working experience is preferred)
3. Team work player, good interpersonal communication skills
4. Proficient both in Oral and Written English.
