Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the emphasis of this position is to be accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet department's hiring demands and to closely work with the Talent Acquisition Manager in the complete hiring circle. In particular, the key responsibilities of this role are to:
1) Implement department's recruitment plan and conduct recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, candidate interview/recommendation and reference check etc. based on company's needs and requirements.
2) Engage in corporate recruiting projects; manage recruitment channels and develop sourcing channels including recruiting agencies and search firms. Monitor daily maintenance of HR system and issue relative reports.
3) Build up the talent database for the company and keep long-term relationship with potential candidates; maintain positive and effective working relations with different teams of the company to ensure smooth cooperation.
Requirements:
1) 3 years of experience in HR spectrum (especially recruitment) with multinational companies; have good understanding of in-house hiring process and labor market, and have networks with different hiring resources and channels;
2) Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and pro-active working attitude;
3) An excellent communicator with good team spirits; proficiency in business English (both written and oral).
4) Bachelor degree or above in HR Management or related major.
5) This position is also open to fresh graduates with Master degree in English or related major, who has internship experience in HR related functions.
