PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Labs China is part of the SAP global development
network, creating solutions for the global, regional and local

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong background as professional assistant or potential to
be
- Be good at microsoft office application: excel, powerpoint
- Good communication skill in both of written and spoken
English
- ERP or software or IT industry background preferred
- Coordination and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
Mind set:
- Self motivator
- Kind and friendly personality
- Fully take ownership
- Fast learner
- A good team player
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Support team organizational items (incl. organizing meetings,
trainings, events etc.).
- Support manager to make reporting and slides, and etc.
- Secretarial support to team member's incl. visa application,
business trip arrangement, expenses, purchase request etc.
