Data Analysis Supervisor
Responsibilities
1. To be in charge of the e-commerce site analysis and reporting;
2. To monitor and control the company’s fulfillment process with the method of data analysis;
3. To draft the daily / weekly data analysis report within a given framework;
4. To define and draft special data analysis report regarding certain given topics.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree. Major in analysis / statistics is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in B2C industry;
3. Be familiar with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Access and etc;
4. Be good at Google Analytics;
5. Sensitive with the data, good team working and willing to learn.
6. Good English will be an advantage.
Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities
1. To cooperate with the out-sourcing call center and ensure the service quality;
2. To design the standard operation process and be responsible for the service quality;
3. To define the KPIs of the call center team and ensure the execution of the KPIs;
4. To design and carry out the training courses for new employees in the customer service team;
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of provable successful working experience in a middle or bigger sized call center;
2. 2+ years of working experience in leading a medium sized team;
3. College or higher degree.
4. Strong communication skill. Good team working and willing to learn.
5. Good English will be an advantage.
Warehouse and Logistic Supervisor
Responsibilities
1. To cooperate with the out-sourcing warehouse and ensure the service quality;
2. To design the standard operation process and be responsible for the service quality;
3. To define the KPIs of the fulfillment and ensure the execution of the KPIs;
4. To set up cooperation with logistic companies and ensure the service quality of the parcel delivery;
5. To meet other strategic targets of the warehouse and logistic.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of provable successful working experience in B2C warehouse;
2. 3+ years of working experience in leading a medium sized team;
3. College or higher degree.
4. Strong communication skill. Good team working and willing to learn.
Product Manager
Responsibilities
1. To be in charge of the e-commerce site’s front-end and product design;
2. To be responsible for the user interface of the site;
3. To design the flow and web product to meet the strategic goal of the company;
4. To refine the site to better serve the customers;
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of working experience in web production; working experience in famous websites will be preferred;
2. Have very good understanding of B2C and e-commerce;
3. Be good at web front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS and DIV;
4. Have a good knowledge of the B2C back-end infrastructure and knowledge;
5. Strong communication skills with business and technical persons;
6. Good sense of data analysis, be good at relevant data analysis tools.
