Job Description:
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Pick up and deliver the mail
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Provide administrative support to the whole office
Requirement:
Good English speaking & listening
Good personality, Enthusiasm and pleasant disposition
Good communication skills
Can work at least 3-4 days per week
