Position: Mechanic Engineering Designer
Responsibilities：
- Create mechanical structures to first prove the feasibility, and finally the practicality of the approach being followed to meet the design goals. Produce all documentation required for its fabrication by the service groups.
- Carries out analysis and evaluations of successive version of hardware to ensure that fundamentals are fully understood, basic problems are solved and that the design is sufficiently robust to avoid future problems due to expected variations in component/environmental parameters.
- Assists in integration, evaluation, modification of overall instrument / system. Provide tested functional hardware for same.
- Ensures that all documentation is accomplished and in proper form including any important component specifications.
- Work with manufacturing team to bring new products into production and provide technical supports to maintain production.
Qualifications：
- Candidate in mechanical engineering or related scientific discipline
- Master degree or 3+ years working experience is preferred
- Experience in machine parts, plastic parts and sheet mental design is preferred
- Familiar with 3D CAD tools like pro/E, solidworks, etc
- Familiar with simulation tools like ANSYS, FLOTHERM, etc. will be plus
- Good verbal and written English
- Inter-personal communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-motivation, quick learner
