Job Description:
- Greeting and receiving visitors
- Taking incoming telephone calls and making transfers
- Receiving and distributing incoming & outgoing mailings, summarizing relevant costs at the end of every month and submitting to Accounting Dept. on time. Coordinating with Accounting Dept. for relevant cost allocation, etc.
- Taking conference room reservations, and communicating & coordinating with group companies for the use of conference rooms
- Making hotel reservations and keeping confirmation records. Interfacing and coordinating with hotels for the quality of their services
- Making air-ticket reservations and keeping records
- Making car rental and restaurant reservations
- Coordinating with and assisting another reception team member for related jobs when necessary
Qualifications:
- College level
- Fluent oral English, with CET Band 4 is preferable
- Good communication skill with kind personality
Min. 6 months related working experience at the same position or in the area of administration
