Working frequency: 3-4 days/week
Target onboard date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare PPT and other document as needed
2. Draft announcement for new employee
3. Monthly update HC report and attrition rate
4. Monthly maintain distribution group
5. Support to kick off onboard/off board workflow in system and go through relative works
6. Support on other HR related matters
Requirements:
1. clear thinker
2. ownership
3. good communication and team player
4. good PPT and excel skill
5. good English especially in writing
