Position: HR Intern
Company: SKF
Location: Shanghai Huangpu District
Responsibilities:
1. Check, update and maintain the Headcount report and Master file, ensure the accuracy of the report and database
2. Regularly update the O-chart,
3. Provide assistance on other HR projects
4. Assist BU HR on training nomination
5. Take training record every month
6. Assist on training statistics
7. Support on data analysis for T&D project
Requirements:
1. Master degree in Phychology, Business Administration or related
2. Good at Office tool, especially PPT and EXCEL
3. Detail oriented and strong self-motivated
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
5. Willingness to develop in HR
6. Be able to work above 3 days per week
