Technical Graduate Trainee Program
MEGA, headquartered in Shanghai, is one of the leading coating manufacturers in China. We focus on the production and sale of coatings products ranging from containers to wind energy to petrochemical covering every major Chinese province and city.
To continue building up our talent base, our 18 months graduate trainee program is designed specifically for outstanding university graduates. You’ll have the chance to work in either a management or purely technical capacity.
Working closely with our research center and marketing department, you’ll be asked to solve real problems and provide workable solutions. In MEGA, we will help you to achieve your full potential. You might be asked to develop and improve existing products, evaluate a new market from a technical perspective or liaise with clients. As you grow in MEGA, you’ll be given more responsibility for continuous improvement, project development and implementation.
What we offer you:
We stress the importance of hands-on experience, so this program is a practical one that develops your technical knowledge as well as analytical, communication, and business writing skills.
We will provide you a 1-month orientation before the job training. We want you to learn from the experienced professional in the field and enhance your knowledge, so you will be supported by your supervisor and have plenty of chances to put what you learn into practice. Also, training subsidy will be provided for trainees who are willing to continue their learning and go through examinations for certifications. You will also benefit from the Buddy Scheme and the Mentor program, which are designed to help you build up a broad network of contacts across the company.

Our requirements
We invite candidates with the following qualifications to join the program:
1、Bachelor or above with a major in science and technology, preferable
background in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science
2、Enjoy working with people and have good communication skills
3、Willing to learn and challenge the statue quo
4、Active participation in extracurricular activities and volunteer work
5、Presentable, self motivated with confidence and maturity
6、High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
