Job Title: Senior Training
Location: Shanghai
Job Description
-Implement the talent development programs, such as leadership program, high-po program
-Facilitate and drive the knowledge transfer programs companywide, such as technical sharing
-Provide consultancy and deliver solution to assist BU lead in meeting business growth needs regarding talent development
-Develop the training resources, such as internal training courses
-Maintain and assists with updates to existing courses
-Develop and maintain training marketing programs and platforms for training resources promotions
-Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers
-Utilize the government incentive policy concerning industry talent development and maintain strong relationship with government
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree holder or above in HR, English, Administration or related major.
- Over 3 years of training & development experience;
- Excellent written and oral English ability
- Good communication skills
- Sense of team spirit.
- Ability to work independently.
