Job Description
To port and develop high-quality embedded Linux-based networking application software to perform optimally on state-of-the-art platforms featuring high performance Freescale communication processors.
Requirements:
o College graduate with college experience in embedded Linux software development engineer with experience with networking and communication.
o Experienced with developing Linux device driver, uboot, BSP porting, USB driver, MMC/SD driver, Wifi driver, Nand/Nor Flash driver, etc
o Familiar with Linux kernel, MM, TCP/IP, Interrupt, Filesystem,etc
o Knowledge with integrating and optimizing system performance on platforms embedded with open source software applications such as WiFi Router, Network Attached Storage, Network Video Recorder, Digital Living Network Alliance, Wireless Personal Area Network and Voice over IP.
o Software skills in using software tools (LTIB, System Builder and Yocto) to build embedded Linux applications and Linux Board Support Packages.
o Familiar with developing software using Freescale communication processors and multi-core communication processors.
o Practitioner of quality software development process.
o Possessing excellent software debugging skills.
o Possessing good communication skills.
o Possessing good leadership & organizational skills.
o Must be expert in programming languages of C/C++.
