Learning & Development Assistant （PT）
职责描述:
公司内外部培训组织安排、现场支持及后期跟进；
协助相关内部培训课件（含E-LEARNING）和学习资料的设计及更新；
培训记录系统及E-LEARNING平台系统维护，培训报告整理，培训文档撰写和翻译；
公司内网上培训信息的设计，发布及更新，培训快讯撰写及编辑；
能够配合外籍讲师进行相关语言和跨文化培训及活动；
配合，追踪和汇总新员工职业发展计划的相关工作；
为其他培训相关活动的提供必要的行政支持。
任职资格:
本科及以上学历；每周不少于4天实习
熟练使用MS Office软件，中英文文字功底好，中英文口语流利；
认真负责，具有较强学习能力，沟通能力和组织协调能力；
有E-LEARNING学习和课件设计背景尤佳。

Learning & Development Assistant （PT）
Key Responsibilities/Duties
ü Assist and coordinate the internal and external training arrangements/organization, on-site support and the necessary follow-up;
ü Support the relevant internal training course/learning material (inclusive of e-learning) design, review and update;
ü Maintain e-learning platform and keep training record, summary, and do the related training documentation draft and translation;
ü Design/Release/Update the internal training/learning publicity information: i.e. internal staff portal information, newsletter/HR Express and etc.
ü Closely collaborate with foreign trainers to ensure the smooth running of cross-cultural and language-learning activities;
ü Support on New Employee Development Program tracking and the preliminary summary;
ü Provide other necessary administration support on the relevant training/learning activities;
Desirable Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/Skills
ü Be able to work no less than 4 working days per week;
ü Bachelor degree or above;
ü Skillful with the applications of MS Office, i.e. Power Point, Word, Excel and Photoshop;
ü Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
ü Quick-learner, responsible, and have good team spirit and coordination skills;
ü Relevant background/experience of e-learning course learning and design is a plus; |
