We are a China representative office of a famous German trade fair organizer in Nuremberg, Germany. As the development of our business in China market, we are now looking for a project assistant for our representative office in Shanghai.
Requirements:
1. University Degree, major in English, German, Foreign trade, or economics, PR or journalism, or other related subjects
2. Fluent in English, oral and written, German knowledge is a plus
3. knowledge of exhibition industry, preferably have experience in the related area
4. knowledge of toy industry is a plus
5. With excellent team-work spirit and also able to work independently
6. Shanghai Hukou is preferred
Job function:
1. Assist in the sales of our German fair space as well as fairs in other countries
2. assist in exhibitor marketing as well as visitor marketing
3. issuing invitation letters to exhibitors and visitors
4. assist in arranging stand construction and travel package for exhibitors and visitors
5. support for PR activities in China, news releases or press conference
6. visiting competitive fairs in China if necessary
7. Assist in the daily administration if necessary
8. report to China chief representative directly
