Job Description:
The associate consultant will be a team member role, be responsible for self achievement. Searching, interviewing and presenting local and international candidates to clients.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and studying client requirements and job descriptions;
Identifying, searching, selecting and interviewing candidates according to clients' requirements;
Presenting and recommending the candidates to the client (verbal and written);
Maintaining and expanding relationship with potential candidates;
Requirements:
Strong and clear focus on the execution of search assignments;
Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality
Prefer excellent written and spoken English, written and reading is must;
Honesty and loyalty;
