Conference Producer
Summary of Main purpose of the job:
Conference Producers are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programmed at the cutting edge of business strategy. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth 44running of the event. Conference producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact. Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Manager to put together an effective sponsorship strategy.
Position:
1. Responsible to: Project Director
2. Works in conjunction with: Production Team, Delegate Sales Team, Sponsor Sales Team, Marketing, Operation
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Generate event scheme and handle different procedures all right
2. Work with project director to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
3. Uphold the mission values and goals of F-Circles
4. Build excellent sustainable client relationships
5. Work well in a team environment, creating ideas and working collectively under the deadline pressure
Competencies & Qualifications:
1. Well education with financial and commercial experience
2. Adequate B2B sales experience
3. The ability to assimilate complex information quickly
4. Excellent verbal communication skills for telephone research
5. Impeccable written communication skills for copy writing
6. The ability to sell an original idea to senior managers
7. Strong time management skills - able to work under pressure to deadlines
8. Entrepreneurial with creative flair
9. High degree of interest in current business issues and industry trends
10. Project management skills
11. Team focused
Monthly Income:
Salary=Base (Negotiable) + Commission + Welfare (Including Housing Fund)
