Summarised job description :
1 - Vertical markets fixed cost & headcount :
Monthly extraction of APAC Vertical Markets fixed costs from SAP
Cost type analysis and variance analysis
Headcount follow-up & synchronisation with HR and Finance of APAC units.
2 - Orders :
Push orders meeting preparation - Minutes of meeting and follow up on action points
Monitoring update of Orion in line with last forecast
Monitoring qualification of opportunities
Orders pipeline analysis
3 - Operation Working Capital :
Follow up with APAC and country Finance teams overdues and customer facing inventory
Follow up with country sales and operations leaders on action plans in place to reduce overdues and WIP
4 - Sales Management Review :
Support preparation of review
Qualification required :
Bachelor in finance or business management
Previous internship experience within a finance function would be a plus
Fluent English written and spoken - other foreign languages would also be a positive asset
Will require working with people in Asia Pacific countries and France.
Computer skills : sufficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite
