Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communications (both written and oral) skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, methodical, and process-driven.
- Results-oriented with good understanding of performance management and professional relationships.
- A team player with strong business sense and commercial judgment.
Job Description:
- Intensive and extensive research for recruitment projects, including desk research, telephone research and screening, and information collection
- Contribute to the investigation, recommendation, introduction, and development of new research services and methodologies - through various means such as networking, direct inquiry and databases
- Conduct telephonic calls to potential candidates and sources to obtain relevant information on candidates and to surface and short-list candidates for further interviews with consultants
- Assist in the production of client documents, such as proposals, candidate briefing packs, candidate reports, and position information
- Reviewing relevant reports and literature; interviewing and profiling senior executives of the client’s organization; and working with the client to develop a detailed position specification for the job
