You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). Additional qualifications include:
- Highly self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide effective, hands on technical or QA problem solving and bug fixing in a results oriented team environment
- Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment
- Strong technical background on cutting edge Web and Internet development technologies in Dot Net* Framework, C#, VB*/VBA, ASP, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript*, Microsoft* SQL* 2000 etc
- Experience on COM* with C++, Linux* and/or Unix* programming would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working closely with the application development and localization QA team and other IT function teams to develop and/or sustain local or overseas projects
- Providing support to problem solving, bug fixing, document management, collaboration, and work flow etc
- Responsible for the daily tasks which include the different phases of software and product life cycle from analysis, design, development and test support
- Customizing and delivering end user solutions as per agreed timeline with the customer
