The Job:
工作内容:
1、Handle administrative works in the office;
办公室行政事务
2、Handout translation and documentation;
协助资料翻译及归档
3、Support Trainers/Client managers on trainings Logistics including airticket/hotel/transportation arrangement ;
协助讲师及客户经理处理培训后勤包括机票/酒店/交通安排
Requirement:
要求:
1、Mature, positive, results-oriented, detail-focused;
成熟,积极,结果导向,注重细节
2、Good office software skills;
熟练掌握Office系列软件技能
3、Ability of learning quickly & continuous learning. Use considerable independent judgment and initiative to resolve problems;
快速及持续学习的能力, 能独立判断及主动解决问题.
4、Ability to multi-task and Time management;
有能力处理多重任务及良好的时间管理观念
5、Good English skills both on verbal and written.
英语听说写能力良好
