A reputable headhunting firm is seeking a Japanese speaking researcher to work on a search assignment in Japan market.
Key responsibilities:
1, searching telephone numbers from Japanese websites;
2, making cold calls in Japanese to search for potential candidates;
3, sending job invitation and obtaining resumes;
4, conducting phone screen and arranging interviews for consultant.
Requirements:
1, fluent Japanese, both spoken and written;
2, good telephone communications skills;
3, passion in headhunting business.
It is a temporary job lasting for about 1 month. You may need to work for 7 hours a day in the first two weeks, then the workload will be adjusted according to search result.
Pay: RMB 20/hour
