JOB TITLE
Analyst
Business Rationale
Role Description
How the role fits into the organisational structure. How the role is intended to develop. What the scope and impact of the role is.

The role is within the Offshore Reconciliation and MIS function of the London Rates SPG (Special Processing Group) team within OTC Rates.

The team’s responsibilities are varied and comprehensive but can be broken down into 6 main functions where they support the business:
1.        Inter-Company reconciliations – Team are responsible for the confirmation of all internal trades (inter-desk, intra-system, inter-system). With no paper confirmation this role also carries high risk with huge financial impact if a trade is not confirmed or booked incorrectly.
2.        Reconciliations – Team are responsible for numerous reconciliations between Front Office Ops systems
3.        Broker Check – Team are responsible for checking all broker trades have been booked correctly
4.        MIS and control report compilation
5.        Trioptima Linking and LCH backloading

The team offers a fast paced, challenging work environment and requires someone who is responsive and possesses excellent communication skills, diligence, accuracy, whilst being able to cope in a high pressure role and adhere to strict time demands. It is essential the candidate has the confidence to use their initiative to resolve problems use their contacts and understanding to close out issues. Although there are many urgent deliverables the candidate will also need to concentrate on continuously improving the processes they own, taking accountability and responsibility for the successful resolution of the daily tasks while implementing capacity saving improvements.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1)        Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level
•        Trade Amendments or
•        Trade Corrections or
•        Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances or
•        Fail Monitoring
2)        Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1)        Knowledge of the securities industry
2)        Strong interpersonal skills
3)        Ability to work and communicate with team members
4)        Strong analytical skills
5)        Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
6)        Excellent written and spoken communication skills
7)        Basic knowledge of PnL
8)        Basic knowledge of Derivs (inc.CDS)
9)        Excel Skills [Vlookups, Pivots]
10)        Basic-Intermediate Excel, Basic MS Access/Powerpoint.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1)        Graduate preferably in commerce or finance
2)        1 year of relevant experience would be preferable
3)        Excellent written and spoken communication skills
4)        Good analytical skills
5)        Good attention to detail
6)        Aptitude for understanding technology
7)        Independent decision making
8)        Should be willing to work in a BPO setup

工作时间:与纽约及伦敦交易时间同步
工作地点:上海
薪资:1500元/月及车费餐费补贴 2-3个月培训期,若通过培训,工资另议。
招聘人数:7 junior
招聘要求:应届毕业生及有一年及以上工作经验的感兴趣的人士。
