Johnson Contrrols inc.-----Corporate Internal Audit
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Prepare graphic presentations as requested.
2.Prepare and process expense accounts as required.
3.Act as data administrator and clearinghouse for the gathering and processing of data and the distribution of reports.
4.Facilitate the audit report preparation by assisting as required to expedite the process.
5.Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating transportation and hotel arrangements of candidates.
6.Coordinate "On-Board" process for new hires and transfers into the department.
7.Coordinate new hire orientation specific to the Internal Audit Department. (i.e. department overview and structure, audit and program training)
8.Handle as required travel arrangements for audit teams. (ie transportation, hotel, visa processing)
9.Consolidate weekly and monthly status reports and send to Milwaukee
10.Maintain and order office supplies
The position requires:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to interface professionally at all levels of the business to achieve a smooth work flow.
Must demonstrate good execution and planning skills as well as possess the ability to strategically think through the planning, coordination and completion of responsibilities.
Should be capable of organizing workload, demonstrate efficient time management, and adhere to business routines, exercising independent judgment and discretion.
Must deliver timely results and quality work to the department.
Must be willing to work independently while still providing a team building component to the department.
Minimum Education Required:
4 year university degree in economics or financial equivalent
