Job Title: Department Administrator
Location: Shanghai
Description:
Provide full facility and administration supports for department.
The below is the major responsibility, but not limited.
1. Complex calendar arrangement
2. Meeting, event coordination & arrangement
3. Extensive travel arrangements both international and domestic
4. New hire boarding preparation
5. Processing daily purchasing request
6. Interview arrangement
7. Perform other duties as required
8. Deal with clients visiting
9 Department air-ticket/hotel booking;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, 1-2 years related work experiences;
2. Good English speaking and written skill;
3. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill;
4. could work under the multi-tasks.
