A. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Monitoring both helpdesk L2 mailbox and helpdesk ticket queue, categorize the case follow by predefined instructions and procedures for Disney English.
 Verify the required information is validated for the case been reported.
 Prepare and consolidate the categorized case/ticket for IT review.
 Follow up with Vendor on the status of the fix.
 Perform administrative support to the IT department as required

C. REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
 Undergraduate with IT or Computer Sciences major

Language Skill
 Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written a must

Experience
 Prefer to have experience with Database / Web application
 Prefer to have experience with data analyze

Attributes
 Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
 Excellent organizing and strong collaborative skills
 Methodical, disciplined approach with continuous improvement mindset
 Proactive and able to handle diverse responsibilities and to respond to deadlines
 Cultural sensitivity

Other
 Prefer to have 4 days available per week
