A. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring both helpdesk L2 mailbox and helpdesk ticket queue, categorize the case follow by predefined instructions and procedures for Disney English.
Verify the required information is validated for the case been reported.
Prepare and consolidate the categorized case/ticket for IT review.
Follow up with Vendor on the status of the fix.
Perform administrative support to the IT department as required
C. REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Undergraduate with IT or Computer Sciences major
Language Skill
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written a must
Experience
Prefer to have experience with Database / Web application
Prefer to have experience with data analyze

Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizing and strong collaborative skills
