JOB DESCRIPTION
We are expanding our activity in China; this is why we are looking for a Researcher to join our Shanghai team.
Analyze environment and organization of our clients
Understand and evaluate specific positions
Closely with consultants:
Identify target companies
Establish different methods to approach potential candidates
Develop web tracking methods
Job board
Head-hunting
The Researcher will be involved in:
Evaluation of potential candidates
Candidates interviews with the senior consultants
Leading internal projects
PROFILE
Graduate of an international business school or university, you have a first professional experience
Strong communication and team working skills are required
Curious and independent, you are looking for an international and comprehensive internship
You are interested in Executive Search methods
LANGUAGE
Both English and Mandarin must be fluent (reading, speaking and writing)
Basic French knowledge would be a good advantage
