Researcher - Internship (Shanghai)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are expanding our activity in China; this is why we are looking for a Researcher to join our Shanghai team.
        Analyze environment and organization of our clients
        Understand and evaluate specific positions
        Closely with consultants:
        Identify target companies
        Establish different methods to approach potential candidates
        Develop web tracking methods
        Job board
        Head-hunting

The Researcher will be involved in:
        Evaluation of potential candidates
        Candidates interviews with the senior consultants
        Leading internal projects

PROFILE
        Graduate of an international business school or university, you have a first professional experience
        Strong communication and team working skills are required
        Curious and independent, you are looking for an international and comprehensive internship
        You are interested in Executive Search methods

LANGUAGE
Both English and Mandarin must be fluent (reading, speaking and writing)
Basic French knowledge would be a good advantage
