Responsibility
•Responsible for customer order management including price quoting, order processing,backlog
maintenance and management, shipment distribution and after sales activities via the phone and/or through other electronic means.
•Interface with the sales and overseas business partners to meet business quota and customer requirements.
•Help identify new business opportunities as gather through customer contacts.
•May undertake the account management and service programs that assigned.
•Involved in specific internal projects for productivity/efficiency/value enhancement.


Qualifications
•University Degree holder equivalent
•1+ years' working/or intern experience in sales, customer service or business/product planning will be advantage
•Proficiency in English (minimum CET - 6 Level)
•Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with process oriented attitude
•Professional customer service attitude and telephone skills
•Willing and able to work on public holidays and flexible hours
•Experience in MRP or supply demand planning will be an advantage
