埃森哲(中国)有限公司(500强;咨询公司)招聘实习生

It Support Intern  (长期实习,不招收应届毕业正在找工作的同学)


Time Requirement:
At least 4 business days each week.

Internship Period:
6 months or more

Basics Skills:
Good desktop troubleshooting skill
Excellent customer focused attitude,
Strong communication skill
Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Resolution of end user’s incident and service requests
- Workstation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Create and maintain documentation for all implemented networks;
- Update IT inventory records;
- Stock-take software licenses installed in offices and report installation of any pirate/illegal software installed;
- Prepare daily operation report and submit the report to senior for review;
- Perform other duties assigned by the service lead.

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT or related discipline;
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, Firm's e-mail system;
- Mature, good communication skills and work with minor supervision;
- Ability to work independently, takes initiative, prioritize multi-tasks and meet deadlines.
- Past working experience in WOFE preferred;
- Proficiency in spoken/written English and Chinese with capability to communicate with native English speakers.
- Good record-keeping skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships within clients, vendors and others outside the Firm.
