Responsibility:
1. this position will be responsible for booking AP Entries in Oracle system and ensure supplier &account code accuracy and proper approval in place.,
2. Contact buyer and warehouse people to track goods receiving discrepancy and do correct process accordingly in system.
3: Assist Accountant payable to Ensure all invoices booked by closing day
Requirement:
1.Self motivated, able to deliver good performance under pressure
2.Responsible, careful and organized
3.Good command of English in both oral and written
4.Excellent computer skills, especially for Microsoft officer
5.Junior college Degree or above majoring in accounting or other related majors.
6.Attendance: at least 3 days per week, prefer long-time internship
