About the job
To assist the Manager of the company and BBR's staffs in general.
The assistant will have a major role in the heart of BBR by facilitating the job of all staffs. He or she must be able to keep friendly yet firm relationships with all employes, creating a pleasant, positive, professional atmosphere.
Main Tasks
Daily administrative duties
As the company is small, duties are numerous and very different
From handling calls to paying bills, buying office supplies, making translations of documents, liaising with our suppliers, to writing and preparing proposals.
Push colleagues to get reports, and weekly and monthly updates
Project oriented duties
Quality follow up with clients
Organizing teacher schedules
Requirements
Must have a strong personality and like human contact
Be very well organized
Motivated by small challenges
Willing to learn about the industry
Good level of English - (The candidate will be assessed)
Salary
RMB 2000 to 3000 before tax as basic + insurance
Bonus up to RMB 3000 by quarter depending on evaluation results
Others
Around 25 to 30 yo
French is a plus
