With a heritage dating from the 1960s, PineBridge Investments is an independent multi-product investment adviser with US $82 billion in assets under management. PineBridge Investments is majority-owned by a subsidiary of Pacific Century Group (PCG), an Asia-based private investment group. And prior to our organization's sale to PCG in March 2010, PineBridge Investments was part of the investment advisory and asset management businesses of American International Group, Inc (AIG).

Job Descriptions:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support service in assisting in details of business matter to conserve time to the Officers with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.

• Arrange accommodations and transportation for business travels of professionals and senior executives.

• Arrange monthly cash reimbursement and office general expenses.

• Arrange for and schedule appointments for Officers, including interviewing callers, prepare material and make arrangements for meetings as required.

• Take and transcribe dictation, type and maintain office records. Answer telephone and reply to questions in accordance with general instructions or refer calls to appropriate staff member.


Qualifications:
• University / College graduate, major in English, Secretarial or Finance is preferred;

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English



Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 4~5 months. Guarantee 3 days a week

Location: Shanghai Centre, West Nanjing Road, Shanghai
