Cody Welding Pte Ltd, was established in Singapore with offices in Singapore and Shanghai, China and representative sales and marketing agents in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arab, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon. Due to the business expansion, Shanghai office is recruiting excellent candidates to contribute and grow with our company. The opening intern positions and requirements are as follows.


1. Administration (Intern)
Job Description
a. Receiving visitors
b. Coordination of mail services
c. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
d. Maintain office inventory supplies
e. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
f. Arrange travel ticket booking and hotel accommodation
g. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
h. Documents filing
i. Assist and support the team on daily basis
Key Requirements
a. Senior student in University
b. Good spoken and written skills of Mandarin and English
c. Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
d. Independent and possess initiative
e. Possess positive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Marketing (Intern)
Job Description
a. Design marketing plan
b. Organize and take part in the market research
c. Process and analyze the related data with tools of EXCEL or SPSS
d. Set up team meeting and prepare documents
e. Organize program and make related budget and report
Key Requirements
a. Preferable university student major in Marketing, Business management, tourism, finance, economics or related major
b. Have experience of marketing function and research
c. Familiar with Excel, PPT and other MS office software
d. Good spoken and written skills of Mandarin and English
e. Detail oriented and can work under pressure.
f. Hold intensive teamwork spirit

3. Project Management (Intern)
Job Description：
a. Update website news and prices
b. Basic routine maintenance of website
c. Support website construction project
Key Requirements
a. Preferable university student major in IT
b. Strong knowledge of web technologies and standards: HTML、DIV+CSS、JavaScript, etc.
c. Familiar with asp/asp.net language and dynamic programming
d. Familiar with Photoshop
e. Strong written & verbal skills
g. Team player and ability to work independently
h. Good spoken and written skills of Mandarin and English
i. Detail oriented and can work under pressure
j. Previous project experience will be a plus

Someone who is outgoing, creative and innovative and can commit to work more than 3 days a week is preferable. With excellent performance during the internship, you may have the opportunity to convert the internship into a full-time position.
