职位描述：
1、在顾问指导下分析客户的招聘要求，研究特定行业和市场；
2、运用各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人，与候选人建立长期联系
3、协助顾问进行招聘项目管理的实施，诸如参与人才筛选，安排并协调候选人的初试。
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，对雇佣服务领域的工作有强烈的兴趣；
2. 一年的电话销售/猎头助理/人事助理等相关工作经验优先考虑；
3. 较强的沟通能力和学习能力；
4. 优秀的团队合作精神和抗压能力；
5. 英语能力良好。
