Sales assistant intern
Objective of job
• Support team administration
• Support department projects as required
Job Responsibilities:
• Team operations and administration support, including preparation of meetings and presentations, translation and organization
• Coordinate marketing materials(brochures, etc.) and marketing activity
• Outside event/training assistance, including training logistics and document management
• Hotel booking and meeting arrangement
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Managers
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Skillful written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team worker with good planning and organizing skills as well
• Able to work at least 4 days a week
