Duties & Responsibilities
-Operate, keep & maintain all the office equipment properly
-Apply, store, & distribute the stationery & commodities (include water, drinks, envelop, letter pad & name card etc.)
-Coordinate & book meeting rooms in the company.
-Provide biz travel supporting includes but not limited to hotel reservation, visa application, local transportation planning and etc.
-Handle logistics for dept. manager before & after biz trip.
-Provide the admin supporting to business events and activities
Qualifications:
-Bachelor background
-Fluent written and oral English and Food knowledge of MS office
-Good interpersonal skills
-Strong sense of responsibility and a team work player
