Position:Commercial Assistant
The Commercial Assistant contributes to assistance & service to help buyers implement all the process related in business operation, such as: sourcing, negotiation, selection, ordering, sampling…with the aim of reaching team efficiency.
Main Responsibility:
• Do some administrative assistance for the Commercial Director,such as parcel sending, fill - in air way bill, pack and send out parcels.
• Do the commercial assistance.
- Do the business analysis and turnover report.
- Collect supplier information: complete the supplier information in ALO.DB according to buyer's request, establish the supplier folder and put in necessary documents e.g. business license, bank information
- Collect and print out the following reports, file to specific folder to Purchasing Manager on weekly basis: turnover landing, late shipment analysis, collection realization, stock item control
- Assistance in offering products: copy & forward studies, help buyer prepare consumer needs, e.g. take photos, print out all data-sheet for the products which has been selected and make one book per season per product line
- Prepare negotiation document: synthesize different analysis report of buyer and make "annual supplier analysis" file per supplier before end of year, prepare the negotiation target file per supplier, prepare the printing contracts according to buyer's negotiation result, arrange meeting schedule
Requirements:
• New graduate or 1-2 years related experience in business or trade industry
• Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties
• Professional team spirit to work with diverse sections in the department
• High sense of responsibility, hard-working, positive, flexible & open-minded
• Service – oriented, good command in communication & relationship skills, positive personality
• Basic language skills in spoken & written English & Chinese,French speaking is a plus
• Familiar with computer operation (MS office) especially Excel.
主要为Commercial Director做一些商业分析,做报表之类的工作。平时需要做部分supporting的工作,例如安排会议等。
大部分的工作是完成一些商业分析与报表,需要掌握Excel。
由于工作涉及数据分析,因此需要对数字很敏感。有IT背景的更佳。
英语听说熟练,具有较强的抗压性。
