IT Intern opportunity in CFETS-ICAP

上海国际货币经纪有限责任公司是一家由中国银行业监督管理委员会批准设立的合资货币经纪公司。合资公司由中国外汇交易中心暨全国银行间同业拆借中心与全球最大的货币经纪公司毅联汇业（ICAP）集团共同发起设立。合资公司将为境内外外汇市场、货币市场、债券市场及衍生产品等市场提供经纪服务。

As an intern, you will have opportunities:

* To learn daily support on voice and data network issues in Dealing Room Infrastructure and maintaining support Hotline

* To provide support to Market Data Applications and contributions (e.g. Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Northern Star, Wind)

* To learn Macro design and implementation, VB scripting, Java and to update Reuters’ page

* To provide technical support for internal and external platforms and applications and respond to fault calls and progress through to resolution

* To learn software installation, configuration and testing and for hardware installation, moves and changes

* To liaise with China Telecom, direct lines providers and clients to identify, investigate and resolve technical problems

* To prepare technical documents, provide trainings and service support to internal users on application operations (eg,Kingstar, SunSystem,E-fax, Anti-money laundry system)

* To arrange monthly report for CFETS Foreign Exchange system

* To monitor daily activities and logs such as backup system and document/report problems

* To learn vendor liaison, problem management and escalation to relevant vendors


General Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for high motivate and determined to succeed candidates who possess the following qualities:

* Outstanding academic achievement, preferably in computer science and technology

* Graduate in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree or above

* Available of the 8 weeks in summer holiday, at least 3days/week

* Proficient in both Mandarin and English

* Good communication and interpersonal skill to build and maintain relationships

* Initiative and Commitment

* Willing to shift working time
