Prior to Suntech Power, he served as Global Talent Management Director at Johnson & Johnson in Shanghai; Group HR Deputy Director, Talent Management General Manager and EVP of PingAn University at PingAn Insurance; Operation Leader at the GE Jack Welch Leadership Development Center for General Electric in Shanghai; and International Talent Development Manager at Suez-GDF Group in Paris. Mr. Jiang has also lived and worked in North America for several years.
