As a Training Administrator, you will
Responsible for high level administration service for the short course program, ensuring effective liaison with participants and tutors and venues, including:
•        Provide a high quality service to customers by telephone, e-mail and in writing to agreed customer service standards.
•        To specify the venue requirements for short courses, select venues, negotiate venue price and liaise with the chosen venues.
•        To liaise with participants and prospective participants to acknowledge bookings and provide details about courses according to customer service standards and departmental processes.
•        To maintain and ensure that the WWW client database holds accurate information about the short course programs at all times
•        Produce and distribute certificates relating to the work of the department
•        To liaise with trainers to ensure any requirements are met including accommodation, equipment requirements, travel etc.
Support role for company daily operation and client interaction.
Qualifications:
•        Bachelor degree preferred
•        1-2 years’ administration/operation working experience preferred
•        Conscientious and good interpersonal skill
