Responsibilities:

1. Load payment information on e-banking system and book expense into SAP system.

2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

3. Check detail invoice for all expense reports and payment vouchers, complete filing after payment.

4. Control and track petty cash, blank cheque and bank draft.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or business related

2. Careful and earnest.

3. Fluent oral, reading and written communication in English.

4. Diligent and strong responsible attitude; with high integrity and professionalism.

5. Experienced in using ERP (SAP) and e T&L tools (Concur) will be preferred.

6. Corporate credit card management experience will be preferred
