Description

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting programs managers for Education Market Platforms Group (EMPG). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-       Manage product feedbacks from key stakeholders thru Feedback Tool and work with Product Development/Sustaining Team (PDT/PST) to drive the product improvement within the Product Life Cycle (PLC).   

-       Assist Program Management Office (PMO) to maintain EMPG Decision Making site and meeting space to ensure accurate decision information can be shared across the EMPG groups in a timely manner.

-       Work with program managers to continuously improve PLC processes for efficiency.


Qualifications

You must possess a Bachelor of Business or Engineering in a related discipline with excellent verbal/written English skills. Additional qualifications include:

- Ability to multitask in a complex global environment on a wide variety of items.

- Team player

- Problem solving skills

- Project management knowledge is desired

- Experience of website creation and maintenance is a plus.
